Chicken Tortilla Soup

1. Season chicken breast and put into a pressure cooker with ½ cup of Bonafide Provisions Chicken Broth. Set to meat/stew and cook for 20 minutes.

2. While chicken is cooking, heat olive oil into a medium pot and cook for onions start to soften, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and jalapenos and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add 4-6 cups Bonafide Provisions Chicken broth, can of beans and can of diced tomatoes and let simmer until chicken is done.

3. Once chicken is done, shred apart with a fork and add chicken and the Broth from the pressure cooker into the pot. Add the lime juice and taste and season as needed. Let simmer for about 5 minutes to let flavors develop.

4. Char tortillas over an open flame or heat up in a pan with a little oil.

5. Put into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings, cheese, avocado, raw onion, cilantro etc. and enjoy!

Note: If not using pressure cooker for chicken:
1. Once you add the Bonafide Provisions Chicken Broth, beans and tomatoes, add chicken to the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes. Once chicken is done, remove from pot, shred chicken and either add to serving dish and ladle in soup or add back into pot.
